Dr. Allen Wachter, DVM, DMin, is a semi-retired veterinarian, retired ordained pastor in the Free Methodist Church, and long-time mission mobilizer with a deep passion for expressing Christ’s love through veterinary medicine. With over four decades of combined veterinary and ministry experience, Allen has dedicated his life to holistic care—serving both the physical and spiritual needs of people and animals.
A graduate of Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and George Fox University’s Doctor of Ministry program, Allen integrates veterinary science, theology, and sustainable development to empower Christian leaders around the world. Now serving as a CVM Associate, he combines his expertise in animal husbandry with a pastoral heart to bring sustainable solutions to rural pastors and their communities

Rev. Dr. François Murekezi is the church planting pastor of the Free Methodist Church in Zambia and currently serves as a national leader. He and his wife, Rev. Annonciata, are passionate about church planting, pastoral training, and holistic ministry. Together they have three children: Holiness, Hope, and Hosanna.

François holds degrees in teaching, theology, development, and peace studies. He established the John Wesley Leadership Institute to equip pastors in biblical studies, Wesleyan theology, and community development. He also leads the Empowered by Livestock initiative in Zambia, helping pastors become economically self-sustaining. He believes the Church plays a vital role in transforming communities spiritually and practically.

Judy Sullivan has a heart for prayer, missions, and encouraging others to seek God’s direction for ministry outreach. With a desire to support missionaries, ministry leaders, and the communities they serve, she is committed to helping organize consistent, focused prayer for the work of the gospel. As a Prayer Coordinator, Judy hopes to encourage others to intercede faithfully, celebrate answered prayers, and partner spiritually with those serving on the mission field.

Originally from King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Judy moved to Hawley in 1989. Where she currently lives with Rich, her husband of 41 years, and their two dogs, Lily and Wiley. They are blessed with two daughters, their husbands, and six grandchildren.

In 1995, Judy stepped out in faith and followed God’s call to open Judy’s Hairway to Heaven. For 31 years, the salon has served as her mission field, creating opportunities to pray with clients and share God’s love.

Judy attended Catskill Ministry School and was ordained an elder in the Free Methodist Church USA in July 2018. She has also served as an active leader and associate pastor in a local church.

In 2021, Judy was appointed lead pastor of the Free Methodist Church of South Canaan, Pennsylvania, where she continues to lead her church family into a deeper knowledge, relationship, and love for God. Over the past five years, she has helped nurture a prayer-saturated congregation that loves to pray and bring the needs of others to the foot of the cross. We truly have witnessed many miracles! We serve a powerful and loving God—Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals!

Reverend Moses Kube is a senior leader within the Free Methodist Church Ghana, whose life and ministry are marked by a seamless integration of spiritual authority and practical vision. He is a man who refuses to separate the sacred from the everyday — a pastor who believes that the Church is called not only to preach the Gospel but to embody it in the economic and social well-being of every family it serves. That conviction defines everything he does.

Together with his wife, Mrs. Salomey Kube, Reverend Kube co-founded the Resurrection Society, a local congregation whose very name speaks to the animating force of his calling: the belief that lives, livelihoods, and communities can rise again through Christ-centred transformation. He currently serves in three concurrent leadership capacities within the denomination. As Board Secretary of the Free Methodist Church Ghana Board of Administration, he helps steward the governance and strategic direction of the denomination, ensuring that institutional decisions are grounded in integrity and mission. As Mid-Zone Overseer, he provides regional pastoral care and spiritual guidance to leaders across his zone — a shepherd to shepherds, equipping those on the frontlines of local ministry with accountability and support.

As the Local Ministerial Administrator for the Empowered by Livestock, Guided by Faith initiative in Ghana, Reverend Kube brings a uniquely powerful combination of pastoral credibility and professional expertise to the role. Beyond his ministry, he is an agribusiness professional with hands-on experience in both cash crop production and livestock farming. This dual identity is no accident: he understands from lived experience that when ministers are economically stable, they are freed to serve with greater focus, greater generosity, and deeper faith. His ministerial vision centres on the sustainable livelihood development of pastors, leaders, and congregants — ensuring that the Church in Ghana can be a blessing in every household, every field, and every community it touches.

Reverend Kube is married to Mrs. Salomey Kube, a skilled seamstress and a devoted servant of the local church who serves faithfully as both a Sunday School teacher and a member of the worship team. She is a co-labourer in the fullest sense, investing in the next generation while lifting the congregation’s worship. Together, they are parents to three children: Vreede, their daughter, and sons Eliezer and Jadon — names that carry both heritage and hope. Their family stands as a living testimony to the values Reverend Kube preaches and the community he is privileged to serve.

Reverend Jean Pierre Faye serves as the Local Ministerial Representative for the Empowered by Livestock, Guided by Faith initiative in Senegal, and as the CMC Coordinator of the Free Methodist Church of Dakar. His life and ministry are shaped by an uncommon combination of disciplines: a foundation in legal training and years of hands-on experience in animal husbandry. This dual background gives him a rare perspective that bridges the world of organizational governance and the practical realities of life on the ground. He understands not only how systems work, but what they must produce in the lives of real people.

For several years, Reverend Faye has been a steadfast presence in the lives of pastors and communities across his district, offering support that is at once spiritual and practical. He walks alongside leaders not only in matters of faith and discipleship, but in the management of development projects designed to improve the living conditions of those they serve. This holistic engagement — where pastoral care and community development are treated as inseparable — reflects a deeply integrated vision of ministry. In Dakar and across the wider district, he has become known as a leader who is willing to stay, to listen, and to work.

The conviction at the heart of Reverend Faye’s ministry is both clear and compelling: when leaders are equipped spiritually and practically, the entire community benefits. It is not enough to preach transformation without providing the tools to sustain it. This belief is precisely why the ELGF mission resonates so deeply with him. By placing livestock in the hands of pastors and equipping them with the knowledge to care for and grow their animals, the program addresses the economic vulnerability that so often limits the reach and effectiveness of ministry across West Africa. For Reverend Faye, every animal distributed is a declaration that God’s provision is real — and that His Church is worthy of it.

As ELGF’s representative in Senegal, Reverend Faye brings to this work everything he has cultivated across his years of ministry: legal and organizational acuity, agricultural knowledge, relational trust with local leaders, and an unshakeable commitment to seeing the Church thrive in every dimension of life. He is not simply an administrator of a program — he is a shepherd who understands that the flock entrusted to him extends beyond the walls of any building, into the fields, homes, and futures of the people of Dakar and across Senegal.
